They had a carpenter install a smooth mdf board and 1'' by 2'' frame work around the fireplace to the ceiling. We filled the nail holes and caulked it to fill all gaps. Then it had some light sanding and a primer coat applied. After the primer dried, the surround was light sanded and wiped with a tack cloth to insure a smooth finish. Last, two coats of Hallman Lindsay Duratech Satin Paints were applied.

Ranch House Exterior Paint in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
This house had some new shake siding installed and had some peeling, mainly on the back porch and screen porch. The home was power washed and allowed to dry. Next, there was some scraping, sanding and caulking. Then, we applied Peel Bond Primer to all areas with missing paint and areas on porch and railings that were rougher. Finally, two coats were painted on the siding and two coats on the trim.

Next, there was some scraping and a great amount of mortar was repaired. Then primer was sprayed and back rolled over the entire building. The first coat of paint was also sprayed and back rolled. Then a second coat of paint was sprayed. Last, the trim was painted with two coats.
